Micro: github-cloud.s3.amazonaws.com timeout when installing snippets plugin

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

I don't know if it's a temporary Github server issue, but I got this timeout error after trying to install the snippets plugin:

I was able to install it on my office's machine few hours ago.

Commit hash: 5dc8fe4
OS: OSX Sierra
Terminal: Default

I'm also unable to download builds from github-cloud.s3.amazonaws.com.
It appears the servers are down: https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/02/28/aws_is_awol_as_s3_goes_haywire/

Not a Micro issue.
