Metrics-server: Script to clean up environment after metric-server is uninstalled

If user wants to remove metric-server from environment then the user has to manually delete kubernetes objects( Deployment, service-account, service, cluster-role binding, etc). There should be a script that should remove these object once the metrics-server is uninstalled.
