Metasploit-framework: exploit not working

When i start use exploit multi/handler then itshowing an error

it solved but again a problem and it is when i am trhing to upgrade pip it shows already up to date but when i install new modules it says that i am using pip 18.1 plz uprade it.

i am trying to install pip 19.1.3
i have run the upgrade command but not upgraded
i am expecting to install pip
it said that pip already up to date but its not..
i am using android 5.1 and termux
mwtasploit 5.1.3

Termux is not officially supported. #11023

However, Metasploit reportedly does work with Termux.
