Metamask-extension: Transaction nonce is too low

"transaction nonce is too low. Try incrementing the nonce" is the error message i am getting. I cannot make a single transaction all day, tried adjusting the gas price and limit to no avail. Please assist, thanks.

please reset metamask by switching to testnet and back
then try again and let us know

Hi I am getting the same error. When I check the TX the nonce is 0. Should be 3 though? Any help

"transaction nonce is too low. same Problem Cant transfer Coins in Tokenstore to Metamask. .Made in Metamask a new Account . copyed the key from new account , paste it in tokenstor (Transfer account to other account ) in the Field Adress give the Amount xxxxxxxx Token in .Sh... nonce still to low . What do i wrong . Tokenstore makes me crazy . Thanke you dear Kumavis. you say reset Metamask, but how ( close it and open it again ?) testnet , Robsten ,Kovan, Rinkeby Thanke you for you Help
