Metallb: Document MetalLB in the k8s addons documentation

Once we've ironed out a couple more releases, we should advertise MetalLB in the official k8s docs, in the addons section: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/cluster-administration/addons/

Tentatively, we could do that after 0.7 (better layer2 mode, full ipv6 support), although I think we probably want to also switch to CRDs for config and s/alpha/beta/ first? Not sure.

-1 on using CRD for config. The current config is fine. CRDs add extra maintenance without adding any real value.

crd does buy one thing I can think of for the extra maintenence. config validation.

Also, due to my lack of time to work on metallb, I'm not going to advertise it more widely any time soon.

Any plans to contribute it to the CNCF? Might help get some more contributors?

Nope. Last thing we need is more bureaucracy.

More specifically, recent admissions to the CNCF incubator demonstrate that getting into CNCF buys you nothing except more paperwork and more attention from end users. Neither of those are what MetalLB needs right now to fix the fact that nobody's writing the code.
