When connecting to a windows 10 machine on bulgarian language using Xterm and Console - results are different. Via console shows all cirillyc characters fine, while via Xterm not. See below.

If you type osinfo on the console tab, does it say ConPTY true or false?
That is the reply from osinfo:

What ConPTY states for? What does this means?
So are you saying if you use the classic terminal, it works, but it does not via xterm?
Yes, that is right. via classic terminal - cyrillic is fine, but via xterm - strange symbols ....
I can confirm this problem. Cyrlic not working in xterm.js when connect to Windows.

I hope you will hant and fix that. :) I have entered the same command in a classic shell with the same result but in classic shell Cyrlic works fine...
