Describe the bug
The sign up button in Sign Up page is enabled when the checkbox for terms and conditions is checked; despite the empty fields of user information.

Expected behavior
The sign up button should not be enabled until all user information is correctly entered; user chooses his/her option to become a mentor, mentee or both and agrees to follow terms and conditions of AnitaB.org(checkbox).

How would the user know what is wrong if the signup button is not enabled ? The errors will not be displayed.

disabling of the signup button is not for error checking, it just ensures when the signup button is enabled, none of the fields are empty. Once the fields have some data then the user can easily know if there is something wrong in their entries
