Mentorship-android: New Window for Searching Members

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, currently whenever the soft-keyboard is shown for searching the members, the bottom navigation bar moves up which shouldn't have occurred. As per the discussion over here the community decided to go with a separate window(with no bottom navigation bar) for searching members - this approach has been followed by applications Google Play, Google Pay etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
The new window should be as:

width="250" height="400"/>

Also we can use this new window to provide additional functionalities like:

• Recent Searches
• Frequent searches using - FP-Growth Algorithm or Apriori Algorithm

The thing is, in the current app the search feature is not working. As per this issue, I have to create only a separate window for a search? I just trying to understand this issue.

hey I've been woking on the issue for quite sometime but nothing seems to workout for me.
Would be working on it further till then unassigning myself so someone else could work on it and I could look for some other issue to work on.

@anna4j I'm halfway through, but I have a problem, my changes work fine (the ones on Members fragment), although I have not touched a line related to Relations fragment, it's not loading on my device and my app crashes as soon as I open it. Can you or anyone help?
