Mattermost-server: RN: Long press on emojis in the emoji picker to see names

Note that this ticket is blocked on first updating the emoji picker UI for the mobile app before this ticket can be done: https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-server/issues/15730

• Add a long-press interaction to each of the emojis in the ‘Add Reaction’ screen (aka Emoji Picker).
• A long press on any emoji will show a menu with the following:
  
  
  
  • The emoji name (e.g. smile)
  
  
  • Copy Emoji Name (tapping this copies the emoji name to clipboard)
  
  
  • Select Emoji (tapping this chooses this emoji for the reaction and closes the bottom sheet)
  
  

iOS 13+

• The long-press context menu is only available natively on iOS 13+

iOS <13 and Android

• The long press interaction on emojis will trigger a modal for all other cases
