Improve the UI for the reactions list long-press interaction

• Align with new style for users list with the autocomplete style update
• Update style of tabs (aligning with new reaction component UI)
• Simplify the tabs to remove the ‘all’ tab
• Show the emoji text name (e.g. “:point_up:”) above the user list
• Long pressing a reaction opens up the reactions list to the corresponding tab based on the reaction you’ve interacted with.
• Tapping on any user launches the profile modal

Hi, I'd like to post a quick update :)

I removed the 'all' tab and implemented the logic for opening up the reactions list to the corresponding tab based on the emoji/reaction clicked.

I still need to implement points 1, 2, 4 and 6.

@amyblais , @jespino , it seems that points 1 and 2 are blocked by the following issues -

1. https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-server/issues/14662
2. https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-server/issues/15491

How would you like me to proceed with the UI related changes?

@josephk96 those points are just referring to the over aesthetic being consistent with autocomplete and the updates proposed to the reaction component - this ticket doesn't need to be blocked on those tickets, as long as your changes here match this design we can take them :) Your call on how you want to proceed depending on what's easiest....

If it's easier to wait for those changes to be in before completing this ticket, then I know Andre is working on the autocomplete but no one has taken the reaction ticket yet. So feel free to take that ticket as well and then circle back to this one. Again, your call :) Thanks for your work here!

Yeah, I realized that Andre's PR isn't a blocker for me, I'm currently in the process of implementing the new UI change for the reaction list.

Regarding the other issue, I'll try to complete this one first and work on that if no one else has taken it by then.
