Mattermost-server: Access recent reactions from the long press menu

Above the first row in the long press menu, add a row of emojis to select reactions, with a button to access more:

Functional Notes:

• Remove the reaction row in the long press menu
• Show 5 reactions, in the order of recently used, then a button to open the normal emoji picker.
• If there are no recently used emoji, show these:
• Slot 1: thumbs up
• Slot 2: Smile
• Slot 3: Green Check Mark
• Slot 4: Heart
• Slot 5: Eyes
• Slot 6: Button to open emoji picker
• Once recently used emoji exist, start slotting them in at Slot 1 > 5, pushing the default emoji out.
• If the user is not able to react, then hide this emoji row (same as existing permissions with read only channels)
• When a user taps an emoji from the row, provide a light haptic feedback that
