Matrix-appservice-irc: #sr.ht (freenode) is broken.

sr.ht on freenode is just broken. It's not syncing messages (only join/parts) and I can't send to the room even though it's not restricted.

It's been like this for a month or longer.

Any chance an op can take a look and hopefully unbreak this? Just kicking everyone and making the room re-bridge should work, no?
