Not a trivial one, because it's very hard to convey that it's blood and not an infusion or the like (unless you color the icon red). See Google Image search for blood bag icon. The most recognizable ones use very delicate details.

It kind of looks like a battery with a hose. Not sure if it really works.

This may be a case were we cannot implement _exactly_ what you're asking because of the need to be overly literal. Really, the context surrounding the icon should convey its meaning, so @Templarian's water-bag may be just enough for your use case.

I'm going to suggest we consider closing this issue unless someone has a better idea.
