Materialdesign: LOL icon

• [x] [Searched the current library](https://materialdesignicons.com/) to make sure the icon doesn't exist.
• [x] Only requested a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

Usage

I want an icon with a lol face.
It can be used as a reaction button that can be used for chat and bulletin board sites.
I attach the image of the example.

Looks not bad, but maybe to fit all existing icons - the eyes should be round?

I think the eyes' shape is fine, but would they look better a little larger (still maintaining 2dp)?

I used the same eyes as emoticon-excited. just rotated them 90 degrees. I also rotated the face 45 which placed the eyes in an awkward position.
