I need the outline-variant (black circle and bin) of delete-circle.

Icons within squares or circles never have an outline variant as it would be illegible at smaller sizes

I'm looking for something like pencil-circle-outline with a bin instead of a pen inside (which shouldn't be illegible). I expect the bin itself to be solid.
Maybe "delete in circle" is a better name then "delete-circle-outline".

I'm going to re-open the issue, but I'm kind of going to agree with @JamesCoyle on this one. Lets see if any nice designs are created, but it could definitely be hard to see at the 1:1 size.
