Is there a list of 3.x "breaking changes" published somewhere?

From the history it looks like the bump from 2 to 3 was for the following renames:

• fridge-filled-top to fridge-bottom
• fridge-filled-bottom to fridge-top
• fridge-filled to fridge
• fridge to fridge-outline
• script to script-outline
• tooltip-outline-plusto tooltip-plus-outline
• diamond to diamond-stone

Does that look right / complete?
