Materialdesign: Planning for v1.9.xx

Opening an issue to plan for the v1.9.xx release.

I'll be on vacation all next week in Colorado, but the release will go out shortly after I return.

Please let me know which issues you think should go into this release. I've marked/closed a lot of the high priority ones.

• [x] scss rotate, flip, etc. Fix .mdi-set and .mdi::before changes.
• [x] remove transform for Firefox hack. This isn't an issue anymore (and causes perf issues for mobile).

Created a label Consider Closing for some of the issues which may now be redundant or may have some unfulfilled icons that either need creating or rejecting. Hopefully clean up some of the older issues that have fallen through the cracks.

1.9.28 is the release planned. I have 2 bugs to fix then releasing. We'll fix the rest of the issues in 2.x.xx.

Okay, wrapping up 1 bug left related to preview.html. I have the package built and tested. Going to work tonight to get this out. Was hoping to get it out last night, but I played Witcher 3 and got a little distracted.

Added 4 icons I felt guilty not adding before so v1.9.32 will be the release version once I get this last bug fixed. Once I get v1.9.32 in I'll be uploading MDI Light to NPM/Bower for use.

Okay, deployed out to the CDN, NPM, and Bower. Thanks guys, can't wait to get to v2.0.xx next. To be honest we probably have enough icons to make it there, but I'll be removing a handful for poster print, so assume we need at least v2.0.20 for the poster and I'll be targeting around that for the release.

Lets start planning #1983!
