If you removed the vertical bar, it would communicate better. The vertical bar makes it look like an Orthodox cross.

I had to push the rectangle 1px closer to the border on the right side to fit the 3 bars.

@phidias51, chart-gant without the vertical bar is notifications-clear-all flipped. And the icon @CoDEmanX suggested above is similar Google's graph options icon flipped.

The outer bars should be longer than the middle one though. Maybe like this?

I find it easier to recognize if it's larger, but with only 1px margin on the right-hand side:

I'm not sure why the project icon would be represented by 3 lines in a square?

It's what GitHub uses and represents a kanban board. So maybe call it that instead?
