Material: md-backdrop missing documentation

https://material.angularjs.org/ has no documentation, samples, etc for md-backdrop despite being used in the API docs.

Currently md-backdrop is an internal, non-public component used by Dialog, Bottomsheet, and SideNav; internal, private components are not documented.
