Material-ui: [Reboot] Change name to CssReset?

Yesterday I used for the first time the Reboot component and one guy of my team read the code and asked me:

• "Why are you rebooting components?"

(hahahha)

So, to prevent overthinking, Isn't better to use it as CssReset name?

Also, I thought "css reset" was a convention but not sure about that.

I was confused by the choice of name originally. Something abstract like "Reboot" might make sense for branding a standalone CSS reset, but the majority of Material / Material-UI components are more literally named.

Reboot was confusing to me especially as I come from an embedded software background. Reboot is what you to do an operating system. I like xxxReset so CssReset works for me.

Hmm... the various descriptions of CSS resets suggest that they reset the CSS for all the html elements, where as Reboot only resets a couple of things, and sets a couple of others. Calling it CssReset / ResetCSS might be overpromising.

CssSetup or CssBaseline perhaps? (I wish I'd pushed back harder on the original name so we weren't making another breaking change. At least it's a small one! 😅)

Also, should this move into the utils doc section?

Reading the docs now, it says:

You might be familiar with normalize.css...

Then, why not call it NormalizeCss ? 😄

@mbrookes What about using the utils section for components that don't fit anywhere else? In our case, I find the style section a good fit for the Reboot component.

Is it though? Style is about Material Design style - https://material.io/guidelines/style/# Color, Icons, Typography... Reboot is the odd one out.
