Material-ui: [TableCell] padding dense doing nothing?

Looks like dense on a TableCell doesn't do anything for me as you can see in this example: https://codesandbox.io/s/ll8por7q79

No clue what the material specs say but IMO padding-top and bottom should be reduced?
