Material-ui: [Card] Port component

Should really take a look at how the expanding stuff is currently implemented and revise.

Not sure I'm commenting at the right place.
I think the whole expanding stuff should be moved out and handled by user, so that Card's APIs will become less verbose, and user can put whatever icon or icons in that place(see Tables within cards example).

@zachguo I'm totally with you about separating concerns.

Side note: The table within card example is pretty much just Paper.

@oliviertassinari On the project board it's still in the "to migrate" section.

@Airblader Thanks, I'm gonna remove it. Also, I feel that we don't need that projet based on our workflow. For instance, I'm working on stuff that either I need or I have seen signal for (issues, PRs, comments, tweets, etc.)
