Table header horizontal line

The horizontal line in the header table component doesn't behave correctly. It doesn't move when the whole table moves. For example, http://www.material-ui.com/#/components/table

but still wondering is there any plan for fixing this issue? it looks to me quite an annoying bug for Table component.
