Material-table: Empty filters array on Query object with lookups

On v1.60.0, lookup filters are not available in the Query object when using remote data. However, this issue is not present on v1.59.0.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to v1.59.0, choose a Birth Place filter, click out of the table window, and observe the following console output: {filters: Array(1), orderBy: undefined, orderDirection: "", page: 0, pageSize: 5, …}
2. Switch to v1.60.0, choose a Birth Place filter, click out of the table window, and observe the following console output: {filters: Array(0), orderBy: undefined, orderDirection: "", page: 0, pageSize: 5, …}

Did some testing, looks like https://github.com/mbrn/material-table/commit/559577455f92bed6d36f7868f39b7afa4cf10b53 broke it. It is working on 264b050.
