Material-dialogs: Date Picker Dialog is blinking

Describe the Bug:

When tap to Date Time Picker, the days is blinking sometime. This issue only occur when I upgrade my app with latest version of library or 2.2.1

We cannot reproduce this with any of our test devices, but heard about it from a user (HMD Global TA-1004 Android version: 9).

Reverting to 3.1.1 for the time being and keeping our fingers crossed.

Happens to me as well. Seems to also happen in a custom view with a recycler view in it. Potentially due to unstable views?

Edit: can confirm that reverting to 3.1.1 fixes it for me. Going to 3.2.0+ shows the bug. (cc @strooooke)

I can confirm this, in latest 3.3.0, date picker dates are blinking on some devices, I am having the same issue on Xiaomi Mi8.

+1, happened on two Xiaomi redmi note 5: the first with stock MIUI (Android 9) and the other with an aosp based Android 9 rom.
