Mastodon: Feature request: Pinned search column notifications

When searching a hashtag of interest a user might pin it to keep track of the area of interest. It might be of further keen interest, time sensitive, and highly engaging so they'd likely wish to be notified when this hashtag is used -- making it possible for them to respond in a rapid manner.

@jaddison I think this issue is to add a notifier to those pinned columns!
