Mastodon: Trim long usernames (visually)

I character limit on the showed description on a user must be set. See the overflow:

Well, the description is fine.
It's more like the full address, @[email protected], should be trimmed?

Of course, but that's because the username is too big and goes below the profile picture. So this push everything down the line.

@mkody it has nothing to do with long usernames (although provisions to account for those extremely long ones should be made, anyway). See:

Well, there's two problems, now. :grin:
_EDIT;_ Text there should have been trimmed too, not sure if those & are normal.

The description for 'the grugq' is trimmed, but because the font isn't monospaced, it overflows anyway.
