Marlin: Traveled Distance in Z-Axis is off about factor 1.3 (moved from marlin 1 and ramps1.4 to marlin 2 and radds+due)

Description

I moved to 32bit marlin 2.0 on arduino due with an radds 1.6 shield. I found the problem, that the traveled distance is bigger with the new marlin 2.0 system for the z-axis. the mechanics remain the same so the steps/unit values should still be valid. the x/y axis seem to be okay (e not tested yet).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. compile with platform io, config attached
  2. travel z-axis (eg. 25mm)

Expected behavior:
travel 25mm

Actual behavior:
in real traveled about 33mm

the factor of about 1.3 seems odd to me, it cant be a wrong microstepping config since these would be factor of 2. the drivers tested were a4988 and now tmc2208, both the same problem. any ideas?

Additional Information

Configuration.zip
Marlin 2.0-bugfix from oct-19, built on win7-64bit

so sorry! I got my documentation wrong, just looked up the old values in the eeprom - I obviously changed some of the mechanics last year or so! everything is fine!

thank you for that great software!
