Hi guys,
I'm trying to integrate incoming mail with a webapp and would love the ability to forward each inbox to a webhook. Like this: https://improvmx.com/guides/how-to-use-webhooks-to-receive-emails-in-your-apps/
Do you think this is something you could add? A lot of emails integration is going in this diretion nowadays and it would add a lot of power to Mailu. There are a few projects that could be useful for this: https://github.com/search?q=smtp+webhook
CLI commands to create / delete webhooks would be good (for those of us scripting everything)
Thanks for the suggestion. If there is popular demand, it might be picked up, but don't expect something soon. We have huge backlog of feature requests and limited resources to implement them.
If more people would want this and you want to speed up the process, consider to implement it and send a PR. Alternatively, consider sponsoring.
Meanwhile you could use the improvmx product or similar and setup Mailu to forward mails to that service. We currently provide the following options:
Hi There,
The Mailu-Project is currently in a bit of a bind! We are short on man-power, and we need to judge if it is possible for us to put in some work on this issue.
To help with that, we are currently trying to find out which issues are actively keeping users from using Mailu, which issues have someone who want to work on them — and which issues may be less important. These a less important ones could be discarded for the time being, until the project is in a more stable and regular state once again.
In order for us to better assess this, it would be helpful if you could put a reaction on this post (use the  icon to the top-right).
This issue has been automatically marked as stale because it has not had recent activity. It will be closed if no further activity occurs. Thank you for your contributions.
