Mailu: Export statistics to a time series database

The admin container now has access to pretty much all interesting metadata for generating stats. We could connect it to a time series database or an ES instance to export and visualize stats.

Hello, how can we connect the time serie database to the mailu ?

Hi,

If I want to connect a time series database (like prometheus for example) that is not on the host containing the mailu but on another host.
how to connect it when the admin has no specific port?
For this example, Prometheus need "targets" like "example.com:1337".

Prometheus is probably the way we want to go, by exporting metrics from the admin api.

The Mailu-Project is currently in a bit of a bind! We are short on man-power, and we need to judge if it is possible for us to put in some work on this issue.

To help with that, we are currently trying to find out which issues are actively keeping users from using Mailu, which issues have someone who want to work on them — and which issues may be less important.
