Magento2: Magento 2.2 Admin order not enough quantity for item

When making an order via the admin, and selecting an item with one quantity left in stock, a notification shows that there is not enough quantity for that item. Then i you press update this notification is removed.

Preconditions (*)

Magento CE

1. 2.2.6
2. 2.2.7

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. create new order from admin
2. select customer
3. select a product which have only one item remaining in stock
4. a notification appears "We don't have as many "XXX" as you requested. "
5. Press Update items and quantity, then this notification disappears

Expected result (*)

1. The notification must not appear if the item is in stock

Actual result (*)

1. this notification "We don't have as many "XXX" as you requested. "

This is default feature of magento so you can set qty as notify below for any product.
Please go to Admin >> Catalog >> Products >>any product >> Advanced Inventory >> Notify for Quantity Below

Hi @nexus4alii1991 thank you for you report, this is expected behavior, i'm closing this as this is non issue.

Please re-check. I know about that option and it is not related to the issue.
The issue is in admin order when creating an order and adding an item with only 1 left in stock. It shows:
We don't have as many "shirts" as you requested.
But when you press update the notification disappears

One of our clients is having this issue also since updating to 2.2.6. When creating an order in admin for an item with 1 in stock, they get 'we dont have as many [product name] as you requested' when trying to add the item to the order.

Is there a known fix?

The fixed it in version 2.2.8 but old version they gave no fix.

it still exist, I am facing these issue in 2.2.8 , While add product to order in admin
