Lottie-android: 3D layer / orientation / rotation

3D layer effects are cool and already supported by lottie-web and bodymovin. It will be nice to add it in android.

Any chance or update on this possibly making it into Android? Would be an amazing feature and a limitation we tend to run into a lot. Thanks!

@proxemics It's a significant amount of work so I haven't had the time yet. If somebody wants to try and take a stab at it, I agree, it would be great to have 😄
