expected results:
under 'my preferences' put a check mark on notifications for category add, file add, file delete
when action taken, i should get an email notification
actual result:
no notification in inbox (checked spam too)
I have sent a PR that indirectly helps slightly fix this issue but how the notification works is that if you're 'user1' and you make a change in doc_repo, you don't get an email. only every other user does.
@3design you'll see that if you make a change in doc_repo from the 'admin' account, you will be notified of the change in your email. could you verify this?
