Lombok: Lombok plugin not compatible with Intellij 2018.1

There's a major update to IntelliJ, namely the 2018.1.

Lombok is listed under "Plugins incompatible with the new build". I've delayed update of Idea because I'm afraid my project won't compile if I did.

"Mostly"? I use @Getter, @Setter, @Data and @Slf4j. I have 0.16-2017.3.3 installed. Will it compile?

It just works. The "mostly" was because of an error by me.

I think they (whoever decides) marked Lombok as not compatible because it fails on Java 10 (and java 9 too). #1572

Intellij lombok plugin is maintained in other project.
You should check mplushnikov/lombok-intellij-plugin#465
