Litedb: [QUESTION] DOCS\BsonDocument - "Keys are case-sensitive" - is this correct?

DOCS\BsonDocument says

Keys are case-sensitive

Is this correct? Tests, e.g. Case_Insensitive_Tests.cs, show the opposite.
