There is some sort of error with SteamCMD sadly the error messages are vague and its rarely helpful. It is unlikely we can assist with this issue. I would have a good google search for this one and see if anything comes up. If any useful info is learnt please let us know as It may be useful to other admins.

Error code 0x202 stands for 'not enough disk space'. The current size of package 740 (CS GO Dedicated) is 19625563169 bytes, which converts to 19.62GB. The latest game mode and possibly the Christmas additions may have increased the size of the server.

Please check the folder you are installing CS GO to and compare it to the partition size (df -h). The error on the 9th attempt (shell-init: error retrieving current directory) has been raised on #2153, but is not a cause.
