Yes, it is possible.I'm not home atm but i should make a wiki about that.
Short solution: You can put everything you got in a new dir, or just backup your custom dirs, install your server with lgsm, then add your files back into serverfiles. Just think about renaming your cfg file to lgsm name (csgo-server.cfg)
