So I'm trying the format of "Backlog" (always add new stuff here), then "Bugs & Blockers" (most important), "Features" (important), and then "Chores etc." (less important). In each category I'll maintain the order there most important stuff is on top.

Every time one of us have time to do some work, he should try to take cards from the top of most important category first. I hope this will help us to stay more focused on what's important.

Let's try this out and see if this will work. I'm open to any feedback so feel free to share it with me.

I am going to have to work on the failing tests first because that makes it difficult to test any changes I do. To some extent, I feel it should be moved to 'Bugs & Blockers'.
