Lila: API: Get current match score

I'd like to get the current match score between two players from the API.

Here's one specific use case: When streamers play matches, they often display the current score by cropping the crosstable. A cropped crosstable doesn't necessarily go well with the streamer's theme/overlay. Getting this score from the API would facilitate tailoring the match score to any theme.

Also for other data analyses purposes, being able to fetch match scores from the API directly (without downloading the entire vs games list in PGN) would be nice. Ideally one would be able to fetch the entire crosstables, but those may not actually be stored on the servers anywhere?
