Lila: [feature request] lobby filter true/false checkbox "has increment"

Dear lichess developers,

Level: feature request.

Description: allow us to filter off games from the lobby by adding a configuration option like a checkbox:

• [ ] has increment (time control)

Or something like that.

To clarify, something like:

How would that work, though?

Checkbox on: Only games with increment, or all?
Checkbox off: Only games without increment, or all?
I.e. what to select for "don't care"?

The way it is today is "don't care", right?

So, it would still be the same as today if checkbox off, and only games with increment if on.

It would be better to rephrase it to:

• [x] Only games with increment (when checked)

In opposed to "all games" when off.

As someone who wants only increment but no actual time (e.g. 0+1, 0+5), I think it would be great if the lobby has new filters specific to that as well.

Indeed, @ornicar . I've seem this "tri-state" checkbox. Not sure if it is viable.

And on the plus side, if people check the box the filter will help diminish the traffic on the lobby page, because not all games will show.

FWIW I had proposed a fix to this a few weeks ago: https://github.com/ornicar/lila/pull/6157
