Lighthouse: Error NO_FCP on Performance and PWA

Summary

• I tried verify my site https://www.papodebar.com and returned these errors below:
  

This problem occurs on PWA and Performance sections and he shows the message: Something went wrong with recording the trace over your page load. Please run Lighthouse again. (NO_FCP)

I don't know if is here the place to put this report.

Well, this problem only occur on Chrome plugin, with the lighthouse-cli the report occurs without problem :)

Thanks for reporting @dulcetti! Does it happen every time you run it? What version of LH generated that report (should be listed at the bottom)?

I was just able to run it successfully in Chrome on your page, so we'll need some help reproducing it :)

@patrickhulce happened every time. But now, with Chrome version 70, runs correctly :)

Having the same issue on chromium and getting this error:

I have run this on developer tools also on the latest version of normal chrome yet still comes up with this:

And when you hover over the error it says "Something went wrong with recording the trace over your page load. Please run Lighthouse again. (NO_FCP)"

I was going to do a report, I'll keep a copy on this ticket:

Provide the steps to reproduce

1. Run LH on local based system. Chrome etc.

What is the current behavior?

Lighthouse crashes with an unexpected error. This is when selecting the PWA test & desktop only.

What is the expected behavior?

Lighthouse returns a report.

Environment Information

• Affected Channels: PWA Test Lighthouse & Desktop mode.
• Lighthouse version: (chrome is 75.0.3770.80 ) Not sure where the individual lighthouse version is supported.
• Node.js version: (N/A)?
• Operating System: Windows 10

I am getting the same error message on google page speed insight on my website AtlanticRide. At first I thought the website was offline, but it loaded perfectly on ingognito on chrome and edge.
Now i dont know what to think.
