Some people on Discord were annoyed the later net in that generation didn't get promoted since the prior net did get promoted, which we often see happen. So I ran a test vs prior best to be able to directly compare them.

0.55 means it is very possible stronger than the other

While at it how about my earlier suggested experiment of repeating a few promotion matches? Eg. 227 vs 226 as that was almost exactly 55%.
