Ledger-live-desktop: Add shielded Zcash transactions to Ledger Live & Ledger

With the new Sapling upgrade to Zcash now allowing "Decoupled spend authority", please support shielded transactions via Ledger Live, which would also only require 40 MB to construct the transaction.

@gre, I'm not sure if #1198 is related.

Sapling introduces a new type of shielded address (zs addresses) over the legacy zc addresses and an improved transaction.

In fact, you can't transact directly from a zc address to a zs address.

1198 talks about transactions from zc addresses.
