My guess is that Ledger is expecting the address to start with a 1 or a 3, like BTC addresses do.

https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-live-common/pull/788 is a first milestone that fixes the "Send" format. we'll have to do a second milestone for the "Receive".
