Lede: 希望新版本的v2ray能保留自主上传pb/json配置文件的功能

更新了当前最新版本后，发现v2ray配置页变化了，希望lede能保留以往版本自主上传pb/json配置文件的功能，这个功能对于自主配置的用户很实用。

居然有人用这个功能啊~

这是个很好的功能，可以自行配置，特别是如果上传pb配置文件，v2ctl的文件就不需要用，空间也更节省，v2ray的运行命令/usr/bin/v2ray/v2ray -config=... -format=pb

所以强烈建议coolsnowwolf保留这个功能。
