Sure, you can. If you want a form on your site for an integrated experience though, mailto won鈥檛 cut it.

just a note: I absolutely asked objectively because I was looking for a solution to my website. Not knowing the difference. I absolutely salute this work (just a response to the down-vote 馃槅 )
