Laravel-mix: Laravel Mix way to use webpack's DefinePlugin

Is there a Laravel Mix simple way to use webpack's DefinePlugin?

I see there is a "MixDefinitionsPlugin". Not sure if it is for internal purposes only; there is no documentation about it.
