Laravel-apidoc-generator: 当标题是中文时，不能正常生成#flag

当标题是中文时，markdown文档可以正常生成，但/api/docs页面，菜单栏点击不能定位到指定锚点（实际上li标签及div标签的name属性都不能正常显示中文）

Closing this issue because everything about this project has been in English. If you don't speak English, the least you could do is paste your text into translate.google.com before coming here.

It is. Every single thing about this project—documentation, code comments, issues, pull requests—is in English. Why would you think the maintainer can speak Chinese?
