So i am on windows and i have gotten to the point where you put in 'pyrcc5 -o line/resources.py resources.qrc' but when i plug that in to my command prompt it just says 'C:Usersgraceminiconda3libsite-packagesPyQt5pyrcc_main.py: File does not exist 'resources.qrc''
i had a similar problem before and i found that i did not enter the right path. So you can check your path first since 'resources.qrc' is in the right path.
