Konga: Upstream healthcheck -Notifications to Slack

It would be excellent if the upstream healthchecks could send slack notifications in the same way that node/api healthchecks do.

@Edwards1stStop , I'm afraid that isn't possible because those healthchecks are handled by Kong.

Node and API healthcheks are custom Konga logic so I can handle them in any way i see fit (thus the notifications).

In order to be able to have alerting for upstream healthchecks, I would advice that you go with the Analytics&Monitoring plugins provided by Kong Hub.

I'll dive into it as soon as the integration with Kong 1.x is finalized.
